Australian membership arrangements
For individual members:
$140 inc GST, a one year membership for the period 1 March 2022– 28 February each year.
For Concessional (Retired/Unwaged) members:
$70 inc GST, a one year membership for the period 1 March 2022– 28 February each year.
For Full Time Student members: No Charge.
Organisational Membership:
In 2020, the National Board determined to have only one type of Organisation Membership.
$275 inc GST, a one year membership for the period 1 March 2022– 28 February each year.
This Membership type will still provide organisational members with the benefits of receiving an electronic copy of the International Journal of Law and Education to be distributed within the organisation by the membership contact. It also provides for up to 5 national conference attendees at members rates.
Membership of ANZELA is open to any interested party working in the area of education or education law.

Benefits of Membership

Information about changes to the Organisational Membership
In 2020, the National Directors determined to have only one type of Organisation Memberhip. The International Education and Law Journal is produced electronically and will be made available to the contact person to distribute the Journal within thier organisation. If an organisation wishes to send more than 5 staff to the ANZELA National Conference, then they should contact the Conference Organisers to seek advice as to the conference rate.
Each Chapter conducts seminars at a local level relating to issues, which are current in their jurisdictions. See the information on the individual Chapters on this site for further information.
The Association also publishes the international academic journal, International Journal of Law & Education (previously know as Australia & New Zealand Journal of Law & Education). This journal is published once a year.
Local Chapters sometimes provide other publications which keeps members informed of issues, and provides articles and commentary.
All members receive these publications as part of their annual membership subscription.
